We boarded our pup first time ever for 4 nights 1day picking him up on Monday September 4th. Day 4 he started kinda choking on air but seemed okay Day 5 of being home he threw up once and hitching breadth day 6 twice and hitching breadth 7 days later had to take him to the vet because he caught kennel cough and literally was dieing throwing up every two minuets and coughing gasping for breadth .They do not disclose what vaccines are needed except rabies but require the vaccine info. As being the first time ever boarding him due to an emergency we had no idea about the possibility of even catching it or wth was even happening.
Pup had to get a shot this morning the 12th , be put on two other medications for 5 days for $185 and in 5 more days another $250 for checking up and continued care . This is informational if anyone wants to board their pup here, you risk your fur baby catching a nasty URI and having to quarantine your pup and sanitize literally everything multiple times over and over and over once they catch it . They have up to 10 days before symptoms appear and two weeks of being quarantined. Kennel cough is super contagious to other pets and humans and require antibiotics . They were great and nice to our pup followed the feeding did everything awesome like super good with everything , but our pup did get sick here and I wish it wasn't so but it's not worth the risk. I am also 6 months pregnant and allergic to antibiotics taken for kennel cough in humans even the slightest possibility is scary. They do not disclose information and if you new to boarding for the first time as we were and an emergency at that, I highly suggest going somewhere else even with everything else being great. read more
