I told her they were way more thin then I was expecting, yet she didn't offer me anything. I then got my lip waxed, paid then left. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and there was quite a bit of hair that she missed. I decided to go back in and say something and she told me it was because I had moisturizer on that the wax didn't work as well, she said she tried to wax over it twice. Yet she still charged me full price for a wax that wasn't even done properly.

I consulted with the owner after a few weeks that treatment has caused this damage and I received no support or call back. I have gone to my own doctor for medication, but next time I will use a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment.

There were no seating area what so ever to wait so it was a bit awkward to stand in the hallway of the mall. The girl who did my eyebrow threading service was nice but she was slower than what I expected. Nothing is inherently wrong with being slow, im just not used to it being done this way. The eyebrows turn out great, except that one of my eyelids​ felt irritated and hurt to touch. So I guess she may have threaded too hard in fhe wrong spot. Ive never had this happened to me before at other places ive been to. Now j have to deal with a scar on my eyelid that hurts for days. Also during the session she get some of my eyebrow hair in my eyes so that wasn't fun :/ Im trying to be understanding but the eyelid burn is bothering me so much and she seemed to be unaware of it. Two different technicians (Tiffany and Lavender) worked on my nails, and the service felt careless. They noticed my cuticles bleeding and simply wiped the blood away with their finger. The UV curing process was so painful I had to pull my hand out, and instead of warning me or adjusting, I was just told to "press my fingers down on the table and put them back in." I asked for a deep maroon red with no sparkle. They said they didn't have the color and would "make it," instead of letting me choose a different shade. The result wasn't the color I wanted, and sparkle was added anyway, despite me asking multiple times not to have it. The flower design I wanted wasn't done as requested, one French tip was smudged, and several nails had visible bubbles under the gel. For $90 (without tip), I expected quality and care. While the technicians were polite, the actual service was very poor, and I would not return or recommend this salon.
