Have been taking my dogs there for about a year, at the old neat place off Ridge Road. Did a good job for $28. She doesn't speak much English.
Was always available at the last minute.
Then recently moved to her home a few miles away. Charged my mother $58 for one grooming on her dog, usually just $28. I talked to Elsa and she said she never did charge my mother that, and my mother doesn't lie. So who knows?
Took my one dog there recently at new place, she did the one part good, but I spent an hour touching up where she missed. She had two dogs in crates there waiting, but my dog was done in less than an hour.
Dogs have ear mites, and she never treats them. It costs like $5 for a soda pop can size, and to add a few drops to mited ears would be expected, as well as trimming the ear hair and around the teeth. She never has mentioned the ear mites. One other of our dogs had horrible swollen anal glands after seeing her at her home.
Lives and works in a scary part of town. Won't go there any more. read more
