I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews for this place honestly I've had far worse. I've had two pedicures done here and my nails done once and I've been satisfied both times. I recommend showing up at open because when I did that I was the only customer for over an hour and had a very quiet relaxing pedicure. I paid for the longer massage one which I wish used more pressure on the massage but I should've just asked and I'm sure she would have accommodated. My nails look good, and none have cracked like at some places I've been where they do not do the dip powder thick enough. Also I liked that they didn't bounce me around with different people. At the end this sweet older lady gave me the best arm and hand massage, so relaxing. The only thing I don't care for is that they still soak nails in the bowl and I just hate that but at least it wasn't for very long like how some places leave you soaking for 30+ min while they do everyone else's nails. Our nails look nice, however the prices posted online are apparently wrong. There are no prices in the store for a gel manicure, so they just make up the prices and are NOT even close to what the pictures on YELP say. We were overcharged about $40. Very disappointed with the lack of communication over pricing. read more

Paid for cucumber pedi it's supposed to be 50 minutes. They started on my mom before me i sat for 15 minutes for my pedi to get started and she was done before my mom was finished and we both got cucumber pedi. My moms lady cut her toe and it got infected but she also didn't finish someone else had to come finish painting her toes and she jumped on someone elses pedi. wont be going back here read more

Terrible service. Was told 35 min wait. Didn't get started on till 1 hour and 20 mins. Then was rushed to get done and shitty job. Nails all crooked and uneven. And wanted to charge me 15 extra to cut sides of nails. I said no thanks. read more

Let's start off with my pedicure water being extremely cold, and coincidentally i had to sit in the chair with no massager. My toes look fine but my nails look like crap. First i showed them a picture and they know they are wrong, the base is wayy too pinkish and i wanted multiple colored brown tips and they only had like 3 shades of brown then when i finally got them polished it way too thick. At that point i was so tired of being there that i just said they look fine! My total was 108 but they 100% deserved 50 dollars! They are entirely too slow and overpriced, this was not a good experience and i will NOT be going back!! read more

why did I stop here?!?. I paid $25 dollars to have my brows and lip maxed. . . . . She halfway waxed my brows leaving my right top with wax but not waxed off, and visible hair patches I had to get myself with her tweezers, then she again quickly/halfway waxes my lip leaving the entire middle She didn't look over her work to make sure she got everything Heck she plucked 1 hair, prolly because there is NOT appropriate lighting for the wax station!! I had to take my phone out and turn my flash light on not only to try and show her but also for me to have to tweeze my own hair. read more
