I originally found Gigi while receiving a massage at another spa. For my follow-up, I sought her…read moreout at her own location, Amie Massage & Wellness, because I needed more advanced, intentional bodywork tailored to my specific needs. It became clear very quickly that Gigi is not the average massage therapist you find at a typical spa. Her education and skill set go far beyond standard massage. She has an exceptional ability to truly connect with her clients, assess what their bodies need in that moment, and then deliver care that is thoughtful, targeted, and effective. She doesn't go through a routine or rely on basic techniques. She goes above and beyond every single time. When I first visited her location, I assumed it would be a standard massage room rental setup. I could not have been more wrong. Her space far exceeds any local day spa or med spa I've visited. From the moment you walk into the waiting room, the atmosphere sets the tone for immediate relaxation. The decor, aroma, and overall feeling are warm, calming, and welcoming. It genuinely feels like an instant exhale. The waiting area offers coffee, tea, and everything you need to settle in before your session, and the rest of the spa is just as impressive. Every room is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and clearly curated with intention. No detail is overlooked. Beyond the environment, Gigi's knowledge is truly remarkable. She is not only an educator to her clients, but also to other massage therapists. Her attitude is consistently positive, professional, and passionate. She has gone far beyond the minimum requirements for licensure, including traveling to Thailand to learn advanced techniques. The depth of her understanding shows in her work. I own and run a med spa myself, and while we don't offer massage; I understand how rare it is to find a massage therapist who is genuinely skilled. Finding someone truly exceptional is like finding a diamond in the rough. Gigi is that diamond. No two massages with her are ever the same, because as the body heals, its needs change. She adjusts accordingly. Her work is intentional, never predictable, and always exactly what my body needs in that moment. I have traveled the world and experienced massages at high-end spas, and Gigi is, without question, the best I've had. While she does offer mobile massage, and I initially thought that's how I would work with her, the experience at her spa is so exceptional that I will gladly travel the hour it takes to see her in person. I cannot recommend Gigi or her spa enough. Book the appointment. You won't regret it.

Edited it to a 2 because price is supposed to include hot stones, but she didn't use any.
