I could not see my roots in the salon, dim lighting. I washed it the next day. My roots had a 1/2 inch light streak down my part, any way I parted. I texted her of the issue with photos and a few words. She replied with this: " I told you that lighter was not a good idea, this was your choice" I was sadly disappointed with her unprofessionalism. I told her I wouldn't let her touch my hair again. It is sad that this salon keeps a person like this on their staff.
