I wish I would've gone sooner, because the quality and experience is worth the price difference. I'm due with my first child soon and wanted to have a relaxing experience (and have nice toes) before my due date. She did an excellent job and I received a quality pedicure. She went as far as to state that she "couldn't stop crying" because the outcome was that bad. Despite all of this, the stylist and also the owner REFUSED A REFUND. They both refused any accountability altogether. As hair professionals, they blamed the integrity of the clients hair. Receipts show the client asking if the service was possible and the stylist said ABSOLUTELY. As customers, we rely on a person calling themself a professional to have good judgement and to trust what they say. Not every service will be a success, and that's understandable. However, when a service results in clear damage rather than improvement, the client should not be expected to pay for that outcome. Period.

I just wish the pedicure lasted longer. The place was clean though, and locals seems to go here because they started getting busier as I was letting my polish dry under the drying lamp.
