I wanted a thin even smile line for my manicure because I wanted it to look like false nails. That's exactly what I got....NOT! After explaining this to her she explains that this looks better. can I at least get a decent smile curve? ‍and what's this sparkly stuff on one nail? On top of that a manicure is merely a file and a hand scrub. Yep, you read that correct. Is this bizarro world? No cuticle maintenance or anything for either manicures or pedicures. All this after an hour wait. I'm sure this is a mistake. Please be a mistake.

I wish I would've gone sooner, because the quality and experience is worth the price difference. I'm due with my first child soon and wanted to have a relaxing experience (and have nice toes) before my due date. She did an excellent job and I received a quality pedicure. I'm not 100% sure if I would come here for regular pedis, but I am looking forward to trying some of their other services (facial/massage) in the future!

She went as far as to state that she "couldn't stop crying" because the outcome was that bad. Despite all of this, the stylist and also the owner REFUSED A REFUND. They both refused any accountability altogether. As hair professionals, they blamed the integrity of the clients hair. Receipts show the client asking if the service was possible and the stylist said ABSOLUTELY. As customers, we rely on a person calling themself a professional to have good judgement and to trust what they say. Not every service will be a success, and that's understandable. However, when a service results in clear damage rather than improvement, the client should not be expected to pay for that outcome. Period.

i never review but felt i should. i called on the phone and was told $60 for a full leg wax so i…read moreschedule my appointment. the wax kept pulling on my skin, it seems the waxer did not know what she was doing. she probably pulled more of my skin off than the actual hairs. not only were there still many patches of hair on my legs, but the waxer didn't even bother to remove the excess wax on my legs as i had to scrape them off myself in the end. then they charged me $80. completely ripped me off, especially for the terrible wax job they did. i have never left a salon completely unsatisfied as i'm usually understanding. would not recommend, waste of money and time. look elsewhere.
