I wish I would've gone sooner, because the quality and experience is worth the price difference. I'm due with my first child soon and wanted to have a relaxing experience (and have nice toes) before my due date. She did an excellent job and I received a quality pedicure. I'm not 100% sure if I would come here for regular pedis, but I am looking forward to trying some of their other services (facial/massage) in the future!

She went as far as to state that she "couldn't stop crying" because the outcome was that bad. Despite all of this, the stylist and also the owner REFUSED A REFUND. They both refused any accountability altogether. As hair professionals, they blamed the integrity of the clients hair. Receipts show the client asking if the service was possible and the stylist said ABSOLUTELY. As customers, we rely on a person calling themself a professional to have good judgement and to trust what they say. Not every service will be a success, and that's understandable. However, when a service results in clear damage rather than improvement, the client should not be expected to pay for that outcome. Period.

This was all really good selling points for me, because it was first visit. A girlfriend of mine had highly recommended that I give this spa a visit. My esthetician Christi came out immediately. She queried me about the services that I wanted to receive and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also she was very warm and friendly, and sold me on this spa. There was a Kourig there, which was a plus to me. I availed myself of that immediately. There were refreshments and beverages. Such a wonderful place. Christi led me to the treatment room for my facial and waxing treatment. The room was totally restful and calming. I was given a wonderful luxurious spa robe. Christi stepped out and returned in a reasonable amount of time. I got onto the treatment bed, and it felt amazing, absolutely perfect for a spa bed. The waxing service that I received from Christi was amazing, she is very thorough and knows her craft very well. She put my mind at ease because she is so caring and professional. My facial left my skin feeling amazing and looking more vibrant and refreshed than it has in months. The natural products that they use at Clearly Natural were perfect on my skin, nothing felt too harsh, or drying. The smells of the products were amazing also.
