The two workers were nice but you could tell he really didn't want to take me & was trying to convince me to agree to get a fill on all of my nails. I had only got them done less than a week ago so I said no thank you & asked to please just get my one broken nail fixed. After grumbling he said to sit & wait. I waited 15 min. Before he started soaking the nail off. When he finally started on me half an hour later he was so rough that he made my finger bleed. I even flinched & withdrew my hand a few times. The nail technique & application is definitely not the quality I'm used to. He laid on the acrylic very sloppy & the shape of my nail compared yo my others are hilarious! (See my picture) He even used regular nail polish without sealant. All of my nails are acrylic with gel overlay and he charged me $10 for one nail that he spent less than 15 min. on. I wasn't impressed, sorry. Maybe I'm being too critical but I never had someone make my fingers bleed from nippers & a drill before (ouch!)

They were beautiful and putting on the lashes was a relaxing experience within itself. I drove all the way from Natchitoches for the lashes & was very satisfied & happy with the outcome. They actually have a Nurse Practitioner in charge. So the name, MedSpa = medical spa. They are probably the only local spa who offers IV infusions which you normally have to go to Houston for. The Myers infusion is awesome for fibromyalgia, and a shot of glutathione can be added. Some fibromyalgia patients come weekly and have gotten off prescription medications. They also offer cosmetic injectables, body contouring, spider vein treatment, tattoo removal, lash extensions, etc., and they are the only spa to offer the hydrafacial MD treatment. They actually sit and talk to you in depth to determine what is best for you in every aspect. The staff are professional and extremely friendly and attentive. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my spa needs. I suggest you check out their website and see what all they offer!
