For having so much foot traffic I would think that they would have more employees. They were a little pushy about getting gel instead of regular nails polish which I think was unnecessary. The lady who was going to do our nails had the guy reshaped our nails and do a certain style because she didn't know how to. I just think that they should let people know when calling for appointments or walks in that they are going to be a few hours. They do take their time doing your nails. And they definitely should have it posted that they up charge for certain things. I think if it wasn't for them being pushy about gel, we're not letting anybody know about the up charges for certain things and the three hour wait time that we had. I'd probably go back.
