I didn't see any reviews for Picture Perfect but really needed to get a haircut so gave them a call; Mr. Sowells sounded friendly and professional over the phone and said he could get me in in 10 minutes. My hairs very short but I get really picky with how it gets cut, Mr. Sowells did a FANTASTIC job, I could tell he was detail oriented and not just going through the motions, while also providing great conversation. He Did not talk he did not pay attention to detail his blending clippers was dull and needed new blades and pulled every time he came up. The worst part of this cut was he did not even shave my outline very poor craftsmanship. Did not see a sign where it was cash only they did not take cards so I had to leave and go get cash what a joke. as much as it cost figured he could buy new blades

The atmosphere reminds me of sitting with relatives and talking about most anything, and when other people come in, its like other relatives just happen to be dropping by for a chat.
