I just had the worst experience at the Henderson location. I had a simple appointment to go over my…read morelab results with my primary care provider Christine V. The previous time I did this, I was able to go during my lunch break. Here's what happened this time. First I got an email from PDS Medical on 12/24/25 reminding me I have an appointment on January 7th, 2026. I confirmed the appointment. Then I get an email on 12/30/25 reminding me I have an appointment and letting me know that I can save time by using e check-in. Done. I checked in using the online portal. Finally. I got a text message the morning of my appointment on Jan 7th again reminding me I have an appointment. Confirmed! My appointment was at 1:30pm, so I took a lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I showed up at 1:15pm. Checked in at the front desk. The receptionist, a very nice lady named Esmeralda charged me my $70 copayment. She emailed me my receipt. Receipt received in my email at 1:17pm. I waited in the lobby patiently. I was then called in at my appointment time exactly at 1:30pm. The assistant took my blood pressure & weight, then escorted me to the waiting room at 1:35. I sat in the waiting room until 2:00pm! Christine V. never showed up! I heard her walk into a room of a patient that showed up after me at 1:58pm! There was no communication from the staff letting me know they were short staffed. Nor was there any communication for warning me that the wait would be longer than expected. I left as soon as my lunch break ended 2pm (and returned to work late). I did let the nice receptionist know that no one ever came in the room to see me. She could tell I was upset when I walked out. Do you think anyone called me to apologize? No! Not during the drive home, nor during the remainder of the afternoon or evening! The next day I got a message from the MyChart portal letting me know my prescription refill was denied. The portion I paid for my blood work on 12/24, and the $70 copay for the office was a waste of money!

Horrible! Avoid coming here if you can. I had an appointment scheduled at the Sahara office because…read moreof the convenience of being 5 minutes from my home. I tried to reach their office before my appointment due to a miss call and no one could tell me the reason why they initially called. I arrived at the original location only to be told that my nurse practitioner changed locations and that my appointment was moved to Henderson. They decided to change my appointment last minute to this office which is not what I agreed on. The appointment was made to discuss my blood results/ count as a physical but since they could not communicate the location change in a timely manner this appointment was "cancelled". Due to the inconvenience they decided to continue my appointment virtually. An appointment that is 100% covered by insurance turned into an almost $350 appointment. I have been trying to get this issue resolved and was told they would resolve it when my insurance representative got in contact with them but now it looks like they sent me to collections. Do not under any circumstances come here!

It's taken me a long time to decide whether or not I wanted to leave my honest review about my…read moreexperience so here I go. I did a lot of research to take the first step to find someone to speak to about all my life's ups and downs. I read so many reviews and finally decided on Persia. I was able to run my insurance and book an appointment easily through her website. I also made the decision based off her office address but when it came to them confirming my first appointment I noticed it was a different address in Henderson. (It's still not updated as I can see). This was frustrating to learn she moved since there was no prior notice when I scheduled but I felt like I was happy to make the long drive if it was worth it. It was VERY HARD finding this hidden doorway that led to an elevator to a small waiting room. I had to ask businesses next door to help me find this place. Once you get off the elevator you have no option but to sit in a tiny room and stare at a locked door which gives no indication if you're even in the right place. It was so frustrating I almost left. After finally finding her office within these shared office spaces I could start my journey with her. I immediately mentioned I didn't want to be put on medication and that I wanted to learn more about why my mind works the way it does, my reactions, my ups and downs and everything in between... Before I knew it I was being prescribed something upon the first visit. I wasn't able to fully open up to her over several sessions because I wasn't getting any advice, or coping techniques, no homework to work on, I felt like I was driving all this way just to hear myself talk, I got A LOT of "hmm, I don't know" almost every appointment which was frustrating again. There was never enough time to dig deep as she tended to run late, and then I had to end my sessions with the intention to pick up where we left off, that usually entailed with her re reading her notes out loud to refresh her mind about what I mentioned previously which didn't really go anywhere. I felt like I repeated myself a lot, I mentioned to her at the last visit that there were more things I wanted to talk to her about in detail, she said she would look at her schedule and find a longer time slot for me the next time... She then said she would call me to schedule this next follow up and I HAVEN'T heard from her since!! What a disappointment! I processed the whole experience and felt scammed almost. I drove all this way time & time again to just vent to a stranger but received no advice or any help in return but an Rx recommendation and a copay charge. There was a time where our in person visit was scheduled for an online session by mistake which I didn't know, I drove all the way to her office for nothing, that was the beginning of the end for me. After feeling forgotten about I just googled how to wean myself off the Rx, and did that on my own, alone. What a disappointing and depressing experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
