Restrooms need a bit of work, but overall pretty good. Not the largest area, but it does the job it needs to do. I wouldn't say this is the best venue, but pretty adequate in getting the job done.

My event was on the 7th floor of the Rotary Summit Center. The space was able to squeeze in 200-250 people with some exhibits space in the foyer. It fits in seven 6' x 30" table top, one coffee station, and one registration. The parking was easy. I was able to park on the 4th floor and took an elevator up to 7th floor for my event and got my coffee al within 5 minutes. I had a hot plated breakfast with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, grilled tomatoes, and some pastry. Food was overall above average as banquet food. It was served hot as soon as I sat down. Banquet servers were also very attentive to refill my coffee cup and picked up dirty plates politely. It's nice space to hold an event overall.

And so we had to try and cover as much as we could with our own decorations. (Kind of wish they would repaint it) Other than that the owner is very helpful and accommodating. They have their own vendors as well for certain things but we opted out for that. Plenty of space in the back for parking or a jumper for the kids.

As someone who plans large company events while juggling a full-time job, I know how stressful it can be to find a space that checks all the boxes: an impressive venue, efficient and friendly staff, ample entertainment options, and reliable vendor connections for everything from catering and music to photo booths, balloons, and even stylish furniture. Club Sportiva delivered on all fronts. Working with Emma, their Event Specialist, was an absolute pleasure. She is a true professional--organized, responsive, and incredibly flexible, even when we needed to make last-minute changes. Emma coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors on the night of the event, managed her team with ease, and regularly checked in with me to ensure everything was running smoothly. She stayed until the very end, making sure every detail was handled and that I, as the planner, could actually enjoy the event too. We hosted over 250 guests, including families with children, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, the only complaint I heard was from a child who didn't get one last turn on the car simulator before their parents said it was time to go! Club Sportiva was the perfect choice--elegant, well-organized, and versatile. They helped us plan an unforgettable, fun, and well-executed event within our budget. Emma's expertise and hands-on support made a world of difference. As someone who has planned many corporate events, I can confidently say that working with Emma and the Club Sportiva team was a rare and exceptional experience--and her level of service comes at no additional cost. That kind of value is priceless.

I have had nothing but good things to say about the club at 737 Walnut Street in San Carlos. There is three conveniently located bathrooms-one off the kitchen and another 2 bathrooms near the entrance. Of course being a garden club the landscape is impeccable and the fence is well maintained with a great parking lot. If you don't want to be disappointed, I highly recommend it for your events.
