The shirts and hats here are pricier than a touristy beach shop, but they look like they'll last for years to come and many more beach visits. If you have kids to shop for, this is a great spot, and you can find everything from shirts and hats to books written by local authors. I personally like buying Christmas ornaments when traveling, and Islands Mercantile has an impressive selection of those, too. When you walk in, almost all of the items are Kiawah themed, but as you walk to the back of the stores you see enclaves of Seabrook items. Check out the sale area for deals too.

Her artwork is reknown for it's coastal themes and worth checking out her store. She is partnered with Jocelyn at Southen Charm Boutique and Consignment and there are some really cute pieces in there. I will post this review under her listing, too, but worth knowing they are in the same space and both awesome. Prices were great, too! While we were there, it started pouring and Jocelyn let us borrow her big golf umbrella- we were so grateful because it was really coming down. Can't beat that service!
