The staff took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. If a service was not available in their office, they provided referrals to help me continue my dental care without delay. I only wish Dr. Yung could provide all of my dental needs. I drove two and a half hours for this appointment, and it was absolutely worth every mile. The exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication of Dr. Yung and his team made the trip worthwhile. He referred me to Dr. Hedgpeth of whom I knew nothing. Now I can say positively that it was a very good move. As it turns out, the repair was simple and involved using a laser to easily push the skin away to clean the tooth. It took about ten minutes - no pain, no discomfort, no after effects. Everyone in the office is very professional. All requirements and costs were carefully explained and given in written form. Everyone was courteous and friendly to me. I will go to Dr. Hedgpeth again if I need periodontal work.

The receptionist took her time with me on the phone to make sure she got all my information and even got me in sooner appointment. When you walk in your greeted right away and didn't have to wait very long to get seated in. My hygienist was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Facility : When you walk in, it has that "home" feeling. Each room has a tv for your enjoyment and the place was very sanitary. I definitely found a new Dental clinic. This was the reason I chose this office. I took time off work and made arrangements because I was concerned about my dental health and wanted to be seen promptly. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I was contacted and told the $79 promotion would not be honored and that I would need to pay around $330 instead. This was never disclosed when I scheduled. Because of this last-minute change, I lost work time and experienced a delay in getting care while dealing with dental pain. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this office based on how this was handled.

That sat on there for a few minutes and then Doctor Yarborough she came in and said good morning and talked about what was gonna happen before it did but like in a way that I could understand. Then it was time to have the numbing shot, which unfortunately, for me is the worst part, thankfully this is a place with amazing people where they don't see it as that instead they see it as someone being a brave person that's just really nervous. And they find ways to help people get through that whether if it's with laughing gas, it's with iv sedation it's with medicine or in my case with turning on the TV and having somebody stay in the room and just talk and hold your hands. And that's exactly what happened for Me , Fuller house on the TV, and Ms. Gabby just talk to me while holding my hands, helped me while Ms. Lacey and Doctor Yarborough fixed my tooth, they all were telling me that I was doing a great job. She told me everything she was going to do, so there were no surprises, and before I knew it, I was done. Everybody was super supportive, kind, caring, even with some tears. They helped me with my tooth. Ms.Marie was able to check me out upfront and I was on my way with a half crooked smile on the account that my face was still numb from it being fixed! Don't worry it went back to normal. This isn't just a dentist's office. This is a dentist, family who really cares about their patients, takes the time to help them feel comfortable, confident, and brave, even if they're a little scared and walk out with an awesome smile! I was introduced to the staff, taken on an office tour, and then immediately to a treatment room. No waiting around! Dr. Crocker's staff is so welcoming I felt as though I had been a patient for years. Nicole B. was the hygienist who took care of me and she was terrific! I hadn't been to a dentist in almost a year, so the cleaning involved some extra time and effort, but she was so patient and gentle that I didn't have any discomfort whatsoever! Dr. Crocker is very easy to talk with and really listened to me. I never felt that he wanted to rush away. In fact, the entire staff to was so pleasant and professional I felt as though I was their favorite patient! In short, I truly believe Dr. Crocker and his staff really put their patients first. My only regret is I didn't find out about this practice before now. Don't go anywhere else!
