I enjoyed the California club sandwich which had a good flavor with great tasting ingredients. The ham and cheese croissant was also pretty good. My kid enjoyed it and ate it all. Service was quick and decent but lacked attention. I was recommended the coffee of the day which I was told it was a must try. So I tried it and I'm not sure that it qualifies as a coffee or a drink. It tasted pretty horrid and I threw it away so that's why I'm removing a star. I would say this is more of a brunch place than a breakfast place. The menu was overwhelming to be honest and my suggestion would be to focus the menu a bit because visually it was all over the place. They seemed to have quiches and other things that change daily which some people might appreciate but I think it confuses the people working there and also the people who like whatever they had yesterday but now they can't have. But again that's just my humble opinion.

That's where everything went downhill quickly. After observing two people just chatting away and not helping customers, two other people were seated after our party of 5. We received water for each of us, and looked over the menu. Nothing appeared good to any of us. The corker was the couple seated after us were helped by the server taking their orders. This was after a long wait. It didn't sit well with us - not even a glance from the waiter, so we left just as hungry as we had arrived. The pastries on display looked interesting but I'm not sure I would recommend them.

Don't be deterred by Buzz's Bakery being hidden in the trees on a quiet road...the delicious baked goods and kind customer service of Ray (owner) makes the drive WORTH IT! The prices are generously low which allowed me to buy a variety of fresh breads, cookies, biscotti, pretzels and pizza buns for the family. Buzz's is exactly why buying local is so important. There is obvious joy poured into the baking and this small business. If you need a coffee or tea with your scone, stop at a local coffee shop before heading over. Buzz's Bakery is strictly baked goods, but don't let that bother you. Enjoy!

The service was great, the baristas were friendly, but how is the coffee and pastries? Grrrrrrrrreat! ( I had to do it!) the first thing I ordered from here was the cold brew, with sugar free vanilla and ( iced) and a cinnamon roll or bun. The coffee was smooth, and not too strong but still coffee. The cinnamon roll was otherworldly good! It was small but packed a huge amount of flavor. I think my favorite element was the fact that it was almost braided and a little sticky but perfectly balanced and not super sweet. The vibe of the place is one that you can eat your breakfast in comfort, have a breakfast meeting, baby shower, birthday party, etc. The space almost looks too nice to be just a coffee shop, the owner laughed when I told him that. The other pastry I have tried was is the pumpkin blintz. I'm not even a pumpkin guy, but they looked so pretty that I had to try one and that is the best pumpkin anything I've had.
