Don't know what the bad reviews are about, maybe they're old and stuff has changes. But this place is amazing. Coffee is bomb and roasted in house. Genuinely good espresso for the first time in the valley. Ham and cheese croissant is also delicious. Good service, and pretty normally quick. Excellent customer service! We went in on a Saturday morning and it was busy but not uncomfortably busy. We ordered and asked if we could take our food/drinks outside. I got a GF quiche which is essentially just scrambled eggs but the flavor was good & the portion size was bonkers. One of the girls got a mushroom Bao bun and it looked and smelled incredible. The coffees were good & they use the good good fancy ice (iykyk). We didn't sit inside but it was very clean and they have a gorgeous mural in the main room that is worth a look. Parking for motorcycles is excellent - very smooth and nice PAVED parking lot. read more

What a cute place! Aesthetically pleasing newer coffee shop here in Palmer. I bought an iced white chocolate breve and they had flourless chocolate cake that I tried. Both absolutely delicious. The baristas were very welcoming as soon as I walked in and answered any questions I had. It's kind of garage style in a way? And you may not like it. BUT, if you're a fan of lightly roasted, well-balanced coffee, that's exactly what you'll get here. Fantastic coffee and bakery spot, one of the only ones open on a weekend morning in the area. We were the first customers on a Sunday at 8a and the whole establishment smelled like freshly risen bread! The service was friendly and fast, unlike previous comments, and the nice guy at the cash explained the various baked good options. For food I got their sausage potato and egg Bao bun and a blueberry cheese bun heated up and they were savory and delicious! I grabbed the lavender latte iced and it was perfect and not too syrup forward. The space is well lit, spacious, and well decorated with a sharpie collage and a family seating area. The pastries are to die for! The cinnamon roll has the perfect amount of icing, and the pastrami croissant was flaky and delicious. Amazing coffee as well. This is a nice sit-down experience, which is hard to find these days with all the huts. There's even a little kid's play area too! This doesn't feel very "Alaskan" and gives more Anchorage vibes than Palmer, but we loved it. It's unique for the area. read more

Walked in, greeted by a chill vibe and family friendly atmosphere. The hard wood vinyl flooring, wood tables and chairs, floor to ceiling hand drawn mural, all welcome the thirsty and hungry adventurers. Bake shop off to the left as you enter offers some delicious options. I bought the chocolate peanut butter tart. The whole thing. I ordered a dirty chai without any flavoring. I usually get a pump of caramel or something but figured I'd try to be a connoisseur. My mistake, bad decision. When I went to pay for some flavor pumps, they offered to just make me a whole new drink on them. That's great service and great business. Absolute pleasure to experience this place. read more

I tried a couple of things, but unfortunately can't remember what they were called. They were delicious though! The space was clean and large, and the service was friendly and fast. I didn't visit the place myself. A co-worker brought in banana bread for the management staff today. She has talked about being excited this bakery was opening for a bit. She said they made a really good cup of coffee; if she had a Yelp account, she would be the one to listen to about good coffee. Also, knowing her, if the atmosphere was weird she wouldn't buy anything. So, she saw something in this place and was impressed enough to bring banana bread from Palmer to Anchorage to share with her colleagues. The banana bread was underwhelming from a number of people. It was just too wet, like not a bread at all. It almost tasted fermented.... The banana bread was only an hour old from being purchased. My coworker said she won't buy anymore bakery items if they can't do a simple banana bread. I told her I would post a review here and to give this place another chance. Maybe some people like banana bread that wet... Anyways, I hope the owners see this. Make a change to the banana bread or not, just want you all to know. read more

We waited way too long for a cup of bad coffee and two tasteless cinnamon rolls. The coffee was an Americano and was absolutely disgusting. I poured it out after a few sips. The cinnamon roll was big and beautiful and the bread had no flavor, very little cinnamon, and the frosting was tasteless. The kids behind the counter were very unsure of what they were doing and watching them try to work was almost comical. I'm not sure what the issue is but they need to make some adjustments, especially since they are planning to open a full bakery. If they can't get a simple cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll right they won't have much of a chance to succeed read more
