Every detail of the venue felt timeless, elegant, and full of character. The entire staff provided exceptional service from start to finish. Our day-of coordinator, Angelica, was incredibly responsive, patient, organized, and detail-oriented throughout the entire planning process. She answered every email promptly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident every step of the way. On our wedding day, she somehow always appeared exactly when we needed her. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, seamlessly coordinated between us, our wedding party, our families, and our vendors, and always presented us with thoughtful options before helping us make decisions. Thanks to her, the entire day ran seamlessly and we were able to be present and enjoy most of our day! My bridal attendant, Brenda, was equally amazing. From the moment I arrived until the very end of the evening, she was attentive, kind, calm, and incredibly supportive. She ensured that my veil and bustle sat perfectly and I remained hydrated throughout the day. She seemed to appear out of nowhere whenever I needed anything, making sure both my husband and I always had everything we could possibly need. Her enthusiasm and reassuring presence made such a difference throughout the day. Although I didn't have as much direct interaction with our maître d', she was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She handled our guests with patience and grace, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding! Looking back, I truly cannot imagine having celebrated anywhere else. We ended up skipping over one hole to pass a larger group, and we finished the entire course in about 40 min. My only problem with this course is they did not have the water in yet, but given how early it is in the outdoor mini golf season I will let them pass on this. He knew all the nuances of the venue and what previous couples had liked and disliked, we found ourselves relying on Bob's experienced opinion when it came down to the flow of the entire wedding day. Bob showed up early to set up and then returned later with his team, dressed professionally and with enough personality to keep the party going! We had worked with Bob a couple of weeks prior to the wedding to go over some of our favorite songs that we wanted to be played and trusted him to read the room and take it from there - we had so many compliments on the mix of music and they really everyone up dancing when it mattered the most! We also added on the lighting and photobooth package. The lighting changed the entire feel for the reception and we are so happy with how they looked in all of our pictures. The photobooth was also very fun since Fantasy Productions provided a scrapbook, that we used as our guestbook, where guests could paste their photos and write a quick note on the page for us to keep. Another personal touch that really warmed my heart was that the day before our wedding Fantasy Productions had posted on Instagram that they were excited to work our wedding at David's Country Inn. It became very obvious that David's is their homefield since they tagged a bunch of our other vendors in the post and they all started chatting about how excited they were for our wedding.
