I used her back is 2022 for a balloon arch for my sons birthday and was charged 345 for 8 ft balloon arch. My sister then used her for 9ft balloon arch in 2023 and she charged her 270 including delivery. I inquired about an event in June, discussed for two weeks regarding what I was looking for. I was quoted 275 including delivery for 7ft arch with flowers. I text to confirm the date and she tells me since I didn't give her a deposit before the 1st of the month (it's the 3rd) that her price will be 350 minimum since the lack of staff.( not my issue?) it's a shame how she decided to tell me I would not get a lesser quote else where and that my prices weren't true that my sister in law quoted and paid even though I have the invoice and conversation from my sister in law. Very unprofessional and will never use "balloon boss" again.

We were visiting my friend's husband's final resting place when I decided that I wanted to bring something for John. We went to the Flower Box where I received excellent service and great suggestions! We chose green carnations for Saint Patrick's Day. I was impressed that the ends of the stems had water tubes on them! Thanks for the simple white ribbon and baby's breath that made the bouquet more presentable. The flowers brought tears to my friend's eyes... she was so happy! Note: I also happened to have a box of cereal in my bag. I placed it on John's grave, next to the green carnations and told him that the Frosted Flakes were from his son's wedding!

Maria was accommodating and said if I gave her a few days she could make this large $150 design into a smaller $100 version. She only needed to sub out the purple tulips which were out of season. Everything else she would be getting within the next few days. In the image I loved the soft shades of green and pale cool pinks and lilacs contrasted with the dark shiny foliage and dark plum accent. What was recieved is nice but not the color pallet I was promising. It is bright coral, pink, magenta with bright lime hydrangea and ferns. Maria's reply is attached to the stock image of purple haze roses that she says are what was sent. She feels "what she sent is similar." When I asked about the pale green hydrangea and dark leaves being subbed for ferns she said "l never discussed leaves." No apologies. Maria was juggling my 3 separate calls to her with others customers. My $100 arrangement wasn't a priority. If she had called to say the flower colors couldn't be replicated l would have been able to make another choice from what she did have. Better to go into her store when ordering. My first…read moreexperience here was paying $25 through groupon for a cupcake decorating class for my 7 year old (normally priced $45). While my son did enjoy the class, I would certainly not pay $45 for what was basically him frosting a cupcake and putting teeny pieces of fondant on top. The second time I attempted this place was for a BYOB wreath making class. It was $36 for the class (again group discount). While it was great to have some girl time with my friends the actual craft was pretty lame. We essentially slapped some lettuce onto a styrophoam wring and used toothpicks to place about 5 cherry tomatoes on top. The topiary was a joke , we were only provided enough supplies to cover one quarter of the topiary. I would not recommend this place unless the prices were much less or the quality and quantity of supplies were better. I mean, after all, shouldn't you have enough supplies to actually finish the craft? Seems like kindergarten basics to me!
