While I was there either at the counter or waiting our turn, two separate people, (people who came into this place because they needed help) were cursing at the officer and calling them the devil. I don't see how someone can come into someone else's "house" seeking help and then be such an asswhole to the very people who are trying to and are tasked with helping them. The officer also came back for a piece of my son's clothing so the search crew could get a K9 to track our son. They weren't wasting ANY time or leaving any stone unturned. Our son was found and the entire crew was there, and they were kind and calming to my son and let him pet Cooper the doggo and just overall made my son and us feel very calm and like everything was going to be fine. I can't express how grateful I am to Glendora PD. I really can't. We were shaken as heck. We had no idea what to do but they guided us every step of the way and made sure our son was safe and sound. Never in my career have I encountered a department as incompetent and unaccommodating as the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff's Station. Since moving to this city, I have been assaulted twice--once by a driver who threw a bottle into my vehicle, striking me in the head, and another time inside the Trader Joe's on Haven Avenue. Both times, the police did absolutely nothing. I have also contacted them regarding package thefts at my front door, individuals trespassing in my condo complex to steal identities, a suspect vandalizing Ring doorbells, and a half-naked man wandering through our community, and a gun packing maniac at my door threatening to take my house. WATCH VIDEOS Every single call was met with complete inaction.Ironically, the only time the department showed urgency was to serve me with frivolous Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) filed by a known, unstable individual who targeted multiple people. While the police couldn't be bothered to investigate actual crimes, they routinely stood outside my door armed to the teeth for up to 20 minutes to serve baseless civil paperwork. Fortunately, the courts finally declared this individual a vexatious litigant, resolving the issue without any help from law enforcement. Do not rely on this department if you need actual protection or assistance in Rancho Cucamonga.

Also, if you believe the police department is out to get you or have bad intentions, that may be because you possibly are doing something illegal and probably shouldn't be doing in the first place. From my experience on the other hand, is that these men and women put their life on the line every single day and risk taking the chance of possibly not being able to go home to their family at the end of their shift. They have a job to do and as difficult as it may be or even if they may not completely agree with whatever the outcome may be of a situation, ultimately, they are just doing their job. They serve and protect and every single officer that I personally know or have even come into contact with has been more than helpful and have always been polite and respectful. So please, before you think or even may say anything negative about the police department or a single officer as an individual remember, they are human too, have a family and just simply doing their job as we do day in and day out. Deputies in this location are dishonest and liars. I was…read moreinvolved in an accident at which I was definitely not at fault. Three or four deputies came to the accident site and started drawing lines marking my vehicles location as well as the other drivers cars location. Then they proceed by taking pictures and interviewing witnesses. While all this was happening, a female deputies was chatting with the other party's father and I could hear them laughing. I'm not sure what kind of relationship they had but she wrote the report to their favor. When I called to see if the report was ready, I was told that I had to call back because the report was not done. I had hired an attorney and much to my surprise, we found out that The other party had the report when I called to see if the report was ready. Finally, after getting the report I was shocked to read that since there were no pictures and no witnesses, they were not able to determine who was at fault. These deputies are good in writing tickets to get promoted. They don't deserve the money that they get paid by our tax dollars.

I've had two separate late-night encounters with Burbank police officers that left me feeling…read moreextremely uncomfortable. The first incident occurred near Alameda Ave. An officer pulled me over and claimed that I had been swerving. I did not believe I had been swerving, and the interaction became increasingly uncomfortable when the officer looked into my vehicle and questioned a Diet Coke can inside my car. I was simply driving and did not feel that my behavior warranted that level of scrutiny. The second incident happened after I left a CVS in Burbank that is open 24 hours. I go there at night because it is a 24-hour pharmacy, so being there late should not in itself be unusual. Shortly after I left the parking lot, another officer pulled me over and claimed that I had exited the lot too quickly. He also questioned my window tint and mentioned that my headlights were off as I was leaving the parking lot. My headlights were in the process of being turned on as I exited. My window tint had also previously been checked and verified to be within the legal limit. What concerns me is that these were two separate encounters with two different male officers, and both made me feel unnecessarily scrutinized. I understand that officers have a responsibility to enforce traffic laws, but there is a difference between a legitimate traffic stop and an interaction that leaves someone feeling singled out or intimidated. The repeated police presence has made me increasingly uncomfortable when I am simply going about my normal business. Having two different male officers pull me over on separate occasions and make allegations about my driving that I dispute has made me increasingly uncomfortable driving in Burbank. Separately, I frequent a local coffee shop as well as a 24-hour store in Burbank, and I have repeatedly noticed police officers showing up at or around these locations while I am there. I do not know the reason for their presence or whether it has anything to do with me. However, after experiencing two separate traffic stops, repeatedly noticing officers at places I regularly frequent has added to my discomfort. This ongoing stress is affecting my ability to complete my daily duties and responsibilities. I understand that officers patrol the city and have a responsibility to enforce traffic laws. At the same time, these experiences have left me feeling unnecessarily scrutinized during ordinary activities and have created significant stress. I'm sharing my experience because this pattern has made me uncomfortable and is interfering with my ability to carry out my responsibilities. I hope interactions with members of the public are handled objectively, professionally, and respectfully. I have an upcoming court date and will be explaining this to the judge. I hope justice will be served.
