Happened 14 years ago on 1/24/12 but still think about it to this day. I was in 2nd grade and I had…read moregotten this 4th grader mad some how at the time. he was a boy, me, a girl were exchanging words. He pushed me, then he then punched me in my stomach I fell got back up and look him straight in the face. He pushed me again and I was too scared to hit back he was already bigger then me, he then got my hair and slammed my face against a brick wall by the hallway. I screamed so loud yet no adult was present. I ran to one of lunch lady's that walk across the campus from the preschool area. only adult I could find. She brought me to the nurse which gave me ice AND SENT ME BACK TO CLASS. Nobody in charge took initiative to call my parents about the situation nor try finding out who did that to me. I got sent home to my mom finding my face like this!! It took for her to go up to the school for them to then find the boy and take further action. Disgusting administration. Disgusting school. I'm old enough to process it all now and 14 years later I still cannot forget the feeling of that pain. More Mentally then physically. God bless them and that Boy.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding a disturbing incident in which a…read morestudent was physically attacked on school grounds while a teacher allegedly witnessed the event and failed to intervene, de-escalate the situation, summon immediate assistance, or render aid afterward. If these reports are accurate, this conduct represents a significant failure to uphold the district's duty of care and its legal and ethical obligation to maintain a safe educational environment for all students. School employees are entrusted with the responsibility to take reasonable and appropriate action when a student's safety is threatened. A failure to act during a violent incident may constitute negligence and raises serious concerns regarding staff training, supervision, compliance with district policy, and adherence to mandated student safety protocols. Equally troubling is the reported failure to provide assistance or support to the student following the attack. The apparent lack of intervention and post-incident response demonstrates a disregard for student welfare that cannot be overlooked. Given the seriousness of this matter, I respectfully request that the district conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into the incident, including a review of any surveillance footage, witness statements, staff conduct, and compliance with district safety procedures. I also request clarification regarding what corrective actions, disciplinary measures, and policy reviews will be implemented to ensure that students are properly protected moving forward. Parents and students must be able to trust that school personnel will act swiftly and responsibly when a child is in danger. Any failure to do so undermines confidence in the district's commitment to student safety and exposes the district to potential legal liability. I expect this matter to be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants, and I request a written response outlining the findings of the investigation and the steps being taken to address this issue.

I've had multiple experiences with the secretary AVA over the years, and unfortunately, her…read moreattitude and professionalism have not improved. She consistently comes across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant, which makes interactions with the office frustrating and uncomfortable. It's disappointing that after all this time, there doesn't seem to have been any improvement in the way parents are treated. I can only assume the office may be short-staffed, which could explain why they continue to work with someone whose attitude has been such an ongoing issue. Regardless of how busy or understaffed an office may be, professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication should still be expected. Hopefully, management will take these concerns seriously and address the situation, because the quality of customer service at the front desk reflects heavily on the entire office.
