It has every Muay Thai tool available from long bags, short bags, speed bags, tires and much much more. The real kicker is the awesome ring. It really gives me a feel for what it would be like to prep for a promotion or an event. The whole atmosphere makes me feel at ease and ready to practice. Kenny is a very knowledgeable, educated, and experienced Athlete/Coach. Today we learned 5 attacks from open guard, a triangle from mount, how to secure hands from back, and an effect guard pass by stacking then passing the hand behind the back. Also showed how to take the back from guard (These things make sense to me). The point is, you are going to learn a ton. He then let me and my friend roll and then he gave me three pointers: scissor and grab leg, don't let the guy sit up and sweep me, and another move to escape. Highly recommend coming here!

Sifu is certified in various styles even with a 6th degree in jui jitsu and has judged in the UFC. Currently the schedule is not finalized but the draft for the schedule is in place. Circuit training will likely be on Fridays. There is good cardio work in his Muay Thai classes as well. He also has a kali class which is teaching stick fighting. Right now adult classes start at 5pm. Kids would be 4pm. There are morning classes scheduled for given days. Schedule may change seeing the school just opened and he will adjust it according to the students. Classes right now are $80/month for 3-4 classes a week. The classes are typically an hour long each. It's a really good deal. He teaches himself. He doesnt have an assistant teaching his classes which seems to be common for other schools in town...

I searched numerous websites, read reviews, and ultimately scheduled the initial 2 day private lessons with Master Chaney. I am a very over barring mom, I never leave or trust my kids with anyone, HOWEVER, upon meeting Master Chaney I seen the love and dedication she has for her students, and the studio. She is stern, but loving and gentle when need be. She treats every student with respect, and instills respect and manners with all students. Master Chaney knows every student on a personal level, and I was impressed with how fast she picked up on strengthens and weaknesses my kids had. We chose to put our kids in Martial arts one to build more confidence and for the other as a form release of built up aggression. We have two children who are polar opposites, and Master Chaney noticed right away and helps each student individually without catering. I'm not sure how she balances everything out, but she does. She is an amazing teacher, and I know how much she loves and cares of each student and those around her. I've seen my children grow in confidence, they are more dedicated to task they take on, they've learned more life lessons in self defense and being aware of surrounds. I've seen my kids so focused and eager to learn more in Marital arts. They are constantly perfecting their moves, always trying to do better. About inside of studio: Master Chaney's studio is equipped with everything you would need. Also, another great thing that happened when we signed up, was Master Chaney had EVERYTHING you would need for signing up. I mean, we had no idea what to buy. What sizes, cups, uniforms, sparing gear, etc. She had it all! Down to mouth guards! Master Chaney's number one concern is safety, and I was so happy to know I didn't have to drive around looking for every piece of equipment my children needed. They thought of everything.
