Over the last two months, I've called twice, left a voicemail, and even signed up online for a free trial. I never received a single call or email back. Today, I finally brought my 5-year-old to the academy because no one ever responded. Instead of helping us get started, I was told they didn't have a uniform that fit him and that we would need to come back another day. I'm genuinely surprised by the lack of communication and customer service. As a parent trying to enroll three kids, I expected at least a return phone call or some effort to help us get started. Instead, every attempt has ended with another delay. It's disappointing because first impressions matter, and unfortunately ours was that new customers simply aren't a priority.

Professor Miller, Coach Amanda, and Coach Miguel are very good with my hyper-active kids, and while they talk excessively during class they understands. Been to other schools and they were two aggressive both with kids and adults. A great family atmosphere, so don't get fooled by the name. Now, two years later, nothing has changed and I mean that in the best way possible. All of the instructors, coaches, and professors are still amazing. I never left and I'm still training Jiu Jitsu here as an adult. But it's not just the great teachers here, it's the whole class and environment. There's nobody here trying to prove how tough they are, everybody is very kind, very welcoming. This is exactly the right kind of environment to learn in. I've also put both of my daughters in class, with great results. Both of them have shown real improvement in their behavior and their grades, and I know this class is part of that. They're still a teen and a preteen, so, yeah... but there's something about the class that is just helping them all around. The girls are also taking the striking class - with Kathy Long. As in, with champion kickboxing champion and movie star Kathy Long. It's pretty spectacular. All the jiu jitsu and striking they can learn is all just one price.
