Was going to pick one up in OC, but the guy didn't want to sell me one as they are root sensitive. Sir, I am aware, & I just planted a bismarckia in my front yard which is now thriving ! Anyways, picked up a 15 gallon for $75. The service is always so professional here. No heavy lifting required. The workers tied up the fronds & plastic wrapped the pot so my car stays clean. She walked me and my brother through the property and showed me all the palm trees I was looking for. Great prices and they also deliver for a fair fee. We had a very positive first visit to Palm Plantation. We drove up from San Diego and met Mike, the owner, who was very friendly. Then we toured the grounds with Elsa, who was knowledgeable, kind, and patient, we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. The grounds were spotless and well organized, and they even offered complimentary water and iced tea. The plant stock was extremely healthy. We went intending to buy only a cycad but ended up purchasing both a cycad and a Traveler's Palm. We would have bought more, but our SUV couldn't fit another plant! As for pricing, it was very reasonable considering the quality of the plants and the excellent service. We'll definitely be back to purchase more cycads. Will and Arwa read more

Very unprofessional service" on the day I purchased 3 palms. The employee mishandled one Palm dropping (Elsa- witnessed this incident ) while loading my newly purchased palms. The Palm mishandled, picture attached is dying' while the other two not mishandled are doing well. Called Elsa's husband to resolve this, he stated he would not guarantee as he didn't plant the palm. Rudely hung up on me. Follow up text to Elsa and no response to resolve this dying Palm issue. " No where on their website do you they state guaranteed only if they plant" Be careful totally unprofessional at this location. My boyfriend and I came here today (Saturday) after hearing that they had a very large selection of palms. We were not disappointed. Palms of all shapes colors and sizes. We searched on our own for while with colored flags marking out which ones we wanted. We then met up with the owner, mike who wrote down the names and prices. We suggest taking pictures of the palms to show him which ones because this place is huge and if you're getting a bunch of them you will have a hard time remembering exactly where they were. Mike knows the palm just by looking at it. After picking our thirteen palms, the employees hauled them over to our truck and loaded them up perfectly. We spent half the day here so be prepared to spend some time. Couldn't have asked for better service and the tropical vibes sent me back to Hawaii. read more

I took her suggestion and bought 3 Cuban royal palms. When I came to pick them up she helped me picked the best from the lot. Her workers loaded them in my vehicle; I didn't lift a finger. The service is top notch and the crew will expertly load your vehicle, trailer, or truck. I believe they also offer delivery if needed. The staff is very knowledgeable.
