Quick and transparent. I made an appointment, and Brent did my smog in 30 min. There was an issue because I recently had a battery swap and Brent explained I needed to drive a couple hundred miles so my car can give out the proper data. Registration renewal for my 2015 Ford required a smog check. I made an appointment a couple days in advance. The shop is located of Cook St, near Hovley in Palm Desert an relatively easy to find. Their shop is clean and they have a nice waiting room to keep you out of the heat. Overall they were quick and nice to deal with.
