At 26,000 miles there was less than 2mm of tread on each tire. The tires they provide with the stock automobile are garbage. The Ford dealer wanted close to $1,200 for a new set of these cheap tires. Quickly realized I should just let them do the basic service, find someone better for tires. Wednesday at 630 PM I visited Mountain View. Saul took immediate care of me. Told him I wanted great tires that could handle all types of terrain. Made it clear I wanted a good deal but also wanted premium tires. Saul understood my needs, sold me a set of premium Yokohama all terrain and a wheel alignment. Price was a bit over $1,300. I did some online research and this deal was clearly competitive. Dropped off my car at Noon Thursday, picked up the vehicle later that night. He had my car in a bay in case it needed to stay overnight, eliminate any potential problems. The tire work was done perfectly. Saul is a really nice guy, honest and cares about the customers. He was a perfect gentleman with me. Guaranteed I will be using these folks for future service as well.

Mentioned I found him on Yelp, then made an appointment. No frills shop in Cat City near Rancho Mirage. Joe had me in & out in less than 10 minutes. Joe gave me a $5 Yelp discount, so it was $55 for smog check + certificate. Can't beat that. I paid nearly $70, 2 years ago at a different shop.
