He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business.
