The store seems a bit like not the main focus. That's OK. It's quiet and relaxing. They are also a coffee roasting operation...like manufacturing. They probably do lots of other things that I don't know about. Maybe wholesale distribution? It seems like an interesting operation. What I do know is that they have great coffee. I have enjoyed great cups of fresh, hot coffee. I have bought and loved bags of fresh roasted coffee; Jamaican Blue Mountain I savored in my own coffee maker. Special occasion coffee. I will come here during weekdays when I'm around. And I expect I will continue to learn more.

They had the nitro tank and all. Today's coffee was from Guatemala and Indonesia. We had an amazing "tres leche" cold coffee, served with some sugar, which for me was the perfect amount, and sprinkled nutmeg on top. So flavorful, and hits the spot. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood. Wonderful service of one of the guys with a huge smile on his face, plus their prices were great. Totally affordable and more than good for the quality of their coffee. Thank you guys!

Lol One Saturday after a horrible breakfast experience, we decided to do another drive by and noticed the doors open. So we parked and proceeded to go in. We were immediately greeted by Manny, the owner. He had just opened up and was getting ready to start his day. Felt kind of bad walking in but he was gracious enough to give us a tour of the shop and even explained the roasting process and what each machine did. As if the tour wasn't enough, he even offered to give us a private cupping session. It was so awesome! We learned the proper way to make coffee and had the opportunity to try some. Ended up tasting the Ethiopia and Colombia. The Ethiopia was nice, light, and had an interesting flavor. It was like tea and I enjoyed drinking it as is. The Colombia was also tasty but on the bolder side. Fun Fact: did you know... bitter tasting coffee can be caused by the water being too hot or by over steeping. Delicious coffee... Super nice owner... recommend stopping in and getting your bag of beans! This location is not a shop! Lol But they welcome customers to come in to buy coffee bags and hang out.

Here's why - he ground the beans and made my drip coffee from scratch! The roast was good to the last drop. The barista was super chill and explained the mixed coffee genre but specifically a Colombian blend. Just had a shot of espresso an hour ago so I was in the mood for a snack before lunch. The gelato ice cream bins were almost bare but the barista literally scrapped the bottom with a plastic spoon that broke due to the stiff texture of the gelato. The cherry gelato was flavorful but questioned the freshness due to the texture. There were also assorted flavors of macaroons that looked promising but the barista directed me to the cranberry chocolate cookies that are baked fresh without preservatives - not sure if that is possible or just a breakdown in communication. They offered a microwave in the cafè and it was my fault for not heating up the cookie which was dry but somewhat tasty. Interesting spot but lets move on.

Removed the warm empanada from the brown paper bag without a business logo. Being a self proclaimed empanada enthusiast, at first bite I could instantly tell that it was in fact freshly made and not the all too common disappointing frozen offerings. The beef was hot with a mushy type texture and would have liked it chunky, although the taste was top notch, which was intensified by the thin crispy shell. My next visit here I will try the turkey & cheese bagel. The small intimate drive thru cafe was a unique interesting concept.
