In order for me to get my prescriptions, I'll have to pay full price. This is unacceptable! Use another pharmacy, preferably a small privately owned one that has the ability to fill your prescription without going through their corporate mess.

One Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They offer services beyond filling prescriptions. Free delivery, compounding (which is hard to find) and both pharmacists are so helpful and supportive of their customers. They even have helped patients in their homes go over what pill bottles they have, help teach patients which medications to take, help discard expired or old medications. I've never seen that level of caring before from a pharmacy! I hope everyone in Palm Coast will stop going to overcrowded chain pharmacies and start using One Pharmacy!

The store is conveniently located and sells a good variety of items. There's a single lane drive-up which we use for our prescription pick- up. Those are the positive points I can make and the reasons I give it 3 stars. I took 2 stars away because the drive-up is soooo slow. This is the reason we use mail-order as often as we can. I've never had them make a mistake at the window and I have never experienced a rude customer service person. But if you pull around the corner of the store and a car is there, you know you'll have a wait.

You need to call them to check if it ever came in and when it does it will take another day to fill. There's always an issue with insurance and God forbid the pharmacist can't interpret the instructions properly, then it goes into we will call the Dr. and a week can go by before you end up calling Dr yourself. The staff seems to walk around aimlessly chatting with each other and not helping customers. They deserve zero stars. I was going to be discharged at 6…read moreo'clock on Christmas Eve only if could get needed prescriptions filled.Publix did have them in stock.Doctor called Flagler pharmacy with order ,and Pat called me in minutes telling me they would deliver to house at no charge.When got home the prescription was there.I was a new customer,Pat did know me but the services was amazing.Because of his kindness and outstanding service I was able to be home for Christmas.
