This spa is exactly what I've been searching for. They offer an incredible variety of wellness and beauty modalities all in one place, and most importantly, everything is high-quality, spotless, and extremely well maintained. They have two excellent medical-grade red light therapy systems, tanning beds, spray tanning, a sauna, the Cocoon Wellness Pod, CryoLounge, and so much more. One of my favorite things is that services are available on a walk-in basis, so there's no need to schedule appointments. And I rarely have to wait for anything! The pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they care about both their facility and their customers. After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

On no planet does this place deserve the negative reviews it's getting…read more I was brand new to Glo and its structure when I walked in yesterday and I feel like a knowledgeable professional after the information I was given. The girls were so incredibly kind, love their jobs, and know what they're doing very well. I couldn't even come up with questions because they give you the answers first. I'd call it affordable but if it's a stretch for some that's understandable- it's an incredible deal for all the services you get. They were more than happy to let me experience all I could while I was there. I'm amazed that you can just scan your membership card and save your preferred settings for each bed/service. I get married in October and expressed my concerns about impending tan lines that will look awful with the type of dress I have and was given an entire explanation of the benefits of spray tanning and all the skin care and accelerators I can utilize to get the results I want. Great vibes, incredibly clean, the type of place that feels like you're hanging out, not being rushed. I am so excited to get off work and head to my self care spot. I'm sick that I didn't do this the entire time they've been here. Victoria and the other young lady up front are absolute assets.

Today I sat in the massage chair for almost 15 min u til I saw her putting someone else in the red light bed and then proceeded to tell me there were now 8 people in line ahead of me. I asked her what happened to the 8 min wait and she said she didn't know. I asked well why didn't bother to let me know, you knew I was waiting in the massage chair. If you use multiple machines during your visit you have to keep going to the front to let them know your ready and every time you go to the front you have to wait in line while they try to sell products or check people in. They constantly try to sell you product. I didn't even know they had robes until a year later when I heard them asking a new person if they want a robe. They have a red light therapy sign on one of the rooms and it's definitely not a red light therapy bed and of course the employees don't know any better. The steam pod smells like urine. I had to get out of it. It was disgusting. When I tried to cancel I had to email them. When I emailed them I received no response or confirmation. Then I tried the live chat. Live chat worked but I did not receive a confirmation email and was left wondering if I'm getting charged again. Like I said just throw the whole place away.
