Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence! It lasted a full 10 days for me and I loved it! My eyelashes are also amazing and it is so nice to wake up in the morning with a lift already done! My husband has noticed them and loves the look as well! I will be a lash lift client for life now! I had never had a spray tan or lash lift prior to this experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! I got my hair done the day before by Lilly and she was incredible! For context I have brown hair and I've gotten two different balayage treatments done to make it much lighter in the last 6 months by different hair dressers. I have been a loyal member for 20 years plus, literally! I usually start up from early Spring…read morethrough September. I don't care about spray tan or the high pressured beds. My preference has always been the level one and I get a great tan! Its a turn off to pay the $29 member fee every year. Secondly, I was getting the $16.99 package and they said their prices went up to $50 and still they want the $29 fee. I was always told that if you do packages above the entry level, then it's waived. The girls get commission from it and can't tell if they could really waive it or not. So anyway, its almost June and I had to skip April and May because the significant increase! Ultra tan management should be able to understand that regardless, my preference is level one. The start up fee and freezing your membership is very silly and they should really consider doing away with it. Abd lastly, I can never understand why the staff at all Ultra Tan does not engage in remembering their loyal customers name! It shows you value my business and creats a welcoming community vibe. Rather than, just a transaction".

I usually never have to wait for one of the tanning beds, and every time I go into one of the tanning beds, I always feel they are very clean and sterile. Would I like if there were maybe some more modern, higher-end beds, yes, but I wish I could have that at any tanning salon I've ever been to, but that's never happened. The salon has very good beds. The bulbs are strong. That's one of the better tanning salons I've been to.

In Short: I had recently waited 3 months to get an appointment for highlights and lowlights at a very costly Greenville salon. The stylist at the Greenville salon made a brassy mess out of my hair...she did not put me under heat to lift my own color for the highlights. I was told "this type of bleach does not require heat to lift". The 3 inches of brassy highlights were terrible and the lowlight color was very dark and I felt they made me very sallow colored. I soon discovered that both were unsuited to my complexion because I was repeatedly asked if I was feeling poorly for the next two weeks! I came to Salon 97 wearing a hat and left with a bright hair color feeling more like myself again. The ladies were very brave in taking on such a sad sorrowful case such as mine, and I am so incredibly grateful!! Miss Cindy got me right in when I called with my woeful story. Miss Alexis, brightened both my hair and my day about 6 weeks ago. And the lovely Salon 97 owner Miss Allie brightened me up even more today! I hope I haven't misspelled anyone's name.
