After multiple phone calls to receive the refund and confirmation of cancelation, I finally received the refund. I was then charged AGAIN in August. This time im pissed. I had to go back through all the calls and I even emailed a screenshot of the charge. I spoke to Mya over the phone who ended up hanging up on me. So, I left work and I drove to the location in person to retrieve physical evidence of refund and membership cancelation. You can clearly see they are not removing the autopay from their system. DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP. On another note, I waited two hours to be seen on my scheduled appointment (I was 5 mins early), the lash artist never showed up and I had to be seen by another provider. Other locations may be fine, I don't know gor sure, however, I would avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want months of aggravation and rude employees.
