Hi- visited the salon on 02/28/2026 and were treated very poorly by the girl that was working with…read moreblond and black hair and make up that was way too heavy- anyway we had an email for one "choose any service free- once every 365 days" - she asked if we have been there- my daughter stated a few years ago- she then stated she wasn't going to honor our coupon due to being there before- even though we showed the email that states can be used once every 365 days- she then stated my daughter could use a regular bed- we left due to the horrible customer service- left and went to the Bella Terra location where Emily was more than happy to help us get our free spray tans and stated that we COULD use our coupon thats honorable once every 365 days- I wouldn't go to this sugarland location if you are looking for a place to tan- nobody deserves that kind of treatment- Emily needs a raise and maybe she could train this location how to act like adults- do better sugarland! The girls are all very knowledgable about the different packages and the discount for where I work is a plus! :) it never smells like sweaty lotion in here with is a major turn off when I've been to other tanning salons. The girls are all very good about reminding me when I spray tan to use the barrier lotion on my nails and toes as well as to wear the bottom feet protectors which I normally would otherwise forget whoops! They explain the different positions for the spray tan to achieve the best results and gave me tips on how to keep the tan afterwards. They always have good deals on lotions and the couches in the waiting area are always clean and comfy to wait if a bed isn't available(which is rare since they have a lot of beds Highly recommend tan resort for your indoor tanning experience!
