I was offered to come back and spray tan for free. The results were the same. So I desupted the transaction with my bank and got my money back. It's been about a month and out of the blue I get a call from the owner Brandi harassing me so I hung up on her. She calls back and leaves me a message rambling on telling me I stoled from her and I wasn't welcome back. I was planning on going back anyway.

I was extremely put off by being accused in front of other customers that I used oils in the bed (I have been bed tanning many years and know not to use oils) when I mentioned that was me, she rolled her eyes. The prices are a bit higher than they used to be but still cheaper than some tanning places and more than others. So to me it's a wash. They change bulbs often which is a major plus to me!!! I do feel the employees should be more knowledgeable about tanning, the differences in the bed levels and if they have not heard of cocktail tanning (tanning in a bed and then spray tanning) they should probably not laugh at the customer and make snide comments, which only happened once and I only saw that employee that one time. Overall it is a clean place and while the beds are older they do maintain them and change bulbs regularly, which is important.

Glow tanning 8 month review: My name is Robert and I am 82…read moreyears old. I was 225 lbs. and 6'1" with arthritis in both elbows and knees. Now 199 lbs and 6'2". I attribute the weight loss to getting up and showing up 4 days a week at the Spa. I am definitely feeling better and doing more activities. I'll tell you later how I restored an inch in height. Here is the equipment I use. The Hydration Station: It's like a steam room in a large capsule. I go for medium setting. I elevate my knees into the steam cloud along with my hands. The arthritis feels much better. The Sun Angel: Not for tanning purposes. For me.We set it to Essentials. The light frequency lets your body develop vitamin D naturally. I think this has helped my bones as well. Be sure to wear eye protection. 3. I also use the Cocoon and the Poly. The cocoon operates on infrared (IR heat). It's like crawling into a heating pad sooo good. No arthritic pain after that for me. Temporarily but getting better. I use the red LED on the poly. I'm not really worried about wrinkles but it does help. 4. The Beauty Angel is the maximum red light therapy you can get. When I come out of there my whole body feels charged. The mitochondria (battery in each cell of your body) is stimulated and can work harder) get charged up. This too is good for arthritis. I keep my arms above my head to help the lymph nodes under my arm and expose my Gluteus Maximums. Places where the sun hardly ever shines. 5. The HydroWave. My first experience with it was I heard my backbone ripple and relax. This is always the last thing I do before I leave the Spa. I really do believe I got back my youthful stature of 6'2 from just relaxing. When the operators are not at the front desk. That means they are helping someone or inside the equipment cleaning it. They always upgraded me for a month once a year and i love the spray tan discounts.The location is new, clean, and awesome and the staff helped transfer my profile over no problem. However the beds are extremely less quality then I was used to. The same level bed here is older, has no dimmer just on and off for the face tanners, no level of adjust for the fans, and the lid closes so close I feel like my face is on fire and have to hold it up the whole time myself. Aren't all Palm Beach Tans supposed to have the same equipment? Now I feel like I have to pay more to upgrade to a non ancient bed. So FYI prepare to pay for that upgrade if you even want to tan.

After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!
