I asked the morning girls for lotion that would help me not burn when i went to mexico. They sold me jwoww relentless and i went in the next day to let them know how horrible the lotion was. They would not refund money. They offer a $20 exchange however they jabe nothing for $20. Their ON SALE lotion "Misbehaved" is $130 (on sale) please be aware amazon has it for $80. I went to the Palm Beach Tan location near 144th and Center. I wanted to pre-tan before going to Florida. I had never tanned before. I asked for a 5-visit package. Didn't exist! I was offered a great package for over $200. I declined. I told them at the beginning, I would be using only the salon short term and not returning there after my vacation. I went to get a spray tan for the first time. Ashley helped me select my shade and explained the whole process very well. It's been 24 hours and my tan developed to my liking. I use palm beach tanning regularly in washington dc area and one of the reasons i chose pbt was the ability to tan in various locations nationally. I purchased a package of spray tans in virginia and was told i could use them anywhere, but the girls here wouldnt honor it, saying they dont have access because this is a different market. That sounds like horse shit to me. That is corporate not having the right computer equipment to get the job done. It is 2018. It ludicrous that they cant keep track of that info across markets. Also i did stand up tanning here in omaha and the machine had at least 7 bulbs out. read more

I've been calling the Omaha NE locations for days and no one answers the phone! I've left messages with my phone number and no one has called back. I finally had to get an answer to a simple question through Facebook messenger. Maybe you should have a FAQ page on your site and maybe you tell the Omaha locations to take care of the customers. I try to tan at all the different Palm Beach locations, just to see which location I enjoy the most. The woman working at the counter was really nice to talk to. She asked about my weekend and gave me a complement on my hair. (Even though I just rolled out of bed) So, thank you! That made my day. I am giving the location in general 2 stars because the bed was not cleaned and I believed it caused me to break out in hives. I've never acquired a rash from tanning, and this overall made me feel uncomfortable about the location. read more

I used to tan regularly for the max time at a different business and had no issues at all with rashes. It had been awhile since I tanned, so I started with very low times here but experienced rashes that caused me to end my membership here. Led me to wonder how well the beds were cleaned. I also felt that the staff did not explain pricing well and was not very transparent with hidden fees. I will be using a different company when I choose to tan again. read more

I started tanning here long before it was PBT, i.e. when it was Ashley Lynnes. It was MUCH better before the changeover several years ago. I tanned here for over 10 years, if you can believe it. The high prices and poor value are what finally drove me away. The bulbs in the beds were never changed, but the prices gradually went up over the years. :( The turnover in staff was huge as well. There were some really nice, helpful employees who ended up getting fired because they weren't selling enough overpriced lotions or upgrades. They also fine employees if they go over 40 hours in a week. Of course, anyone working there wouldn't want to complain to the labor department about the "fines" because they don't want to lose their job. Too bad PBT is practically a monopoly in the Omaha area. I would have cancelled my membership earlier if there were more available options. read more

Stopped by and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. Proceeded with my tanning. Left there, and called the next morning stating I forgot my scarf in the room (gave her the room number as well). She instructed me to come in and check the lost and found. I did just that right after work. They looked through the lost and found as I described the scarf. There was no scarf there and she stated she has not seen it. I asked that she please leave a note for the rest of the staff(no response to date). This scarf is from overseas and very near and dear to my heart since my US Navy Husband got it for me. I know I left it there, and am thoroughly disappointed in the one that found it and did not turn it in to the lost and found. It is very unique and I will know when I see it. A police report has been filed. I hope it turns up soon. read more

I really like this place. The facility was designed and decorated well. When I have been out in one of our blizzard-like days, or when we have had nothing but cloudy weather for days, the few minutes I spend here give me a bit of a recharge because It has a tropical feel every day. Kelsey is usually the staff member at the counter and she is exceptionally helpful. I recommend trying the "Alpha" bed. I didn't bother to learn about it for my first few weeks here, but it is the only thing I use now because of the mist and the scent and the deep tan I get from it. The only things I am not a fan of here are a couple of their procedures. They use your finger print as your identification, which feels a little intrusive, and if you don't do direct bank account billing they charge you nearly twice as much. read more

I have tanned in a bed before, and I have never received a rash. I have tanned in the same bed twice so far at PB on dodge, and have come up out w the same rash on the insides of arms by my elbows and on my tail bone. I use lotion every time. I think the beds aren't well cleaned because I have never had any problems before while tanning. read more

Quite possibly the worst location in Omaha. Always assigned to dirty beds. Half the fans in the rooms are loud and don't even work. I got in one of the beds and pulled down the top and it was touching my skin and I barely had any room to move. I always have an issue when I go to this location. read more

NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. I had a month long package back in spring of 2015 to get ready for an event. I canceled my package and the company charged me a membership maintenance fee. They charged me 5.50$ a month, and cancelling was a nightmare. Find another tanning salon, one with less shady business practices. read more

I have been coming here on and off for two years and I recently asked last month in March to freeze my account for May. The lady working here said I couldn't bc then I couldn't tan in April. She said come back in April and freeze it then. Sure enough I am here today IN APRIL to freeze for next month and now they are saying that I'll get charged for next month anyways. I wouldn't trust this place. Maybe to stop by and get a tan but don't get a membership. This is the second time they pulled this that I know of. read more

Terrible customer service! Canceled my membership and stopped tanning back in August. Checked my account in Sept. and my account wasn't charged. I rarely check my account, so I didn't think to look the following months. Unfortunately I was charged the 4 following months, and because I so rarely look at my transactions I didn't notice. This place is a rip off! $20 for a single tan so they can bait you into their monthly memberships plus the $20 enrollment fee. Packages for level 1 and 2 beds was $40 a month, for their worst beds. If you want a better bed the price jumps to $80 month plus enrollment fee. They also require a fingerprint scan now, which is a little creepy for a tan place. There are several other area tan shops that are way better and more affordable. Don't waste your money here! Your month starts on the first so you can't just start on the day you go in, unless you want to pay more for just 30 days. Also, it's recurring fees so if you don't cancel by a certain date they charge you the next month. Don't get suckered in to the 1/2 off first month special either, they'll get you with the enrollment fee. Go somewhere else! read more
