I walked I to 3 absolutely kind, sweet and helpful beautiful faces so much so that I was compelled to leave this review. The first lady's name is LJ- this woman exemplifies integrity, dedication, and customer obsession at its finest! Smart, funny and always smiling- she made me feel like a million dollars had just fallen in my lap- I would follow her anywhere! The second lady was Desiere and she greets me every single day with an "hello beautiful" as soon as I (or anyone else) walks through the door. Extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products, beds, and services. I absolutely cherish her willingness to answer all of my impeding questions and with such care! Also taught me about different levels of tanning and how to break my plateau and bring my tan to the next level- who knew? The third lady's name is Tanya. So sweet and kind and such a positive vibe that anyone who meets her feels appreciated! Had so many great quality tips that I left feeling well educated groom my visit. This place is awesome! All of the ladies went above and beyond for my spa experience and let me tell you from a managers perspective.. The virtues and the fact that they are so grounded and knowledgeable plus the fact that they have morals, kindness, honesty and they are trustworthy- no man on the face of the earth can afford to pay for that. I know that all too well. I am hopeful that this post brings to the owners attention that these particular women cannot be found just anywhere. And I hope that you'll appreciate them in the same manner I do!

Most beds, not all options work on them. The biggest down side, I choose Autopay. And they like to charge double, they are very hard to get ahold of. Can't call the actual store. Have to call corporate. They don't call back. I never got my money back. And I have not been back since. They hire the best of the best! The girls are awesome. Quick and steady. They win the race. They are not at fault the other things that go bad here. Corporate needs to step up. Fix their machines and expand if need be.

And having gone back a couple times since and even dealing with different workers on different days - the customer service level is just the same. I've been used to the big chain tanning salons for so long that don't care at all about their customers which makes this place even more refreshing! I signed up for a month of unlimited tanning in the base beds (about $32/month) and I was shocked to see that they were having a sale to add on another month for only $9 more. They provide googles for your eye safety instead of making you purchase a pair every time you forget yours which I thought was great of them. I tan fairly easy and I have sensitive skin, so I normally don't use a lotion - but I looked over towards their samples and was immediately helped on what I was looking for and given suggestions based on their own use and use of the customers. I tried a sample and loved it - you receive 40% off lotion bottles, but not samples. BUT I had decided I loved the sample and bought the bottle once I was done and they took the price of the sample off the price of the lotion after already discounting it 40%. They seem to be truly in business to provide a great product and great environment for their customers.

Within 30 minutes of the review, the owner called me to essentially chew me out. The call ended with me having to hang up on her mid sentence. It's very sad that you can't post an honest opinion without worrying about the owner aggressively calling you to ask what your problem is.

MY visa debit card and Sams care were taken out of my wallet in my purse. when I confronted the staff about it. they Said they didn't see anything because they were too busy talking to their friends. and one girl went to the drawer and got out a screw driver. I thought it was suspicious!!. I searched the room frankly looking for my cards. only a bed and table in the room. then I took the staff in the room and showed them the door lock. my cards were no where to be seen. I told them I was calling the police and filing charges. I left and went to my bank to get a new card. And they called and left a voice mail saying they found them. She took me in the room and showed me where she "Supposedly Found" my cards. and it was in Plan site. SO if that were true. then all 3 of us would have seen them when we looked at the broken lock. I call BULL!!!. And Management answer to this problem was, to cancel my membership!! this was only the 2nd time I tanned. so I had paid for a full month. NO REFUND EITHER. this was NOT a good situation. they were more concerned that I raised my voice in the tanning salon. WELL OF COURSE I DID!!. I was EMOTIONALY DISTROT!!
