I have been a customer of this business for about three years. I had an issue with my account not getting paused and continuing to debit my checking account for an amount that I had not authorized. Been working with Rachael, a manager, for several months, but unable to reach her, and rectify the situation. I spoke with an excellent supervisor name, Shy, at this location today and she was able to take care of this problem less than three minutes! Shy is an asset to this company and an excellent employee. I love that she was able to quickly and efficiently take care of the situation and keep me as a loyal customer. UPDATE - Do not believe the feedback responses. This company lies and will steal your money. They act like they will respond with a resolution but really it is only to make themselves look better. Not one thing has been done to return the money charged to me in error since they posted their response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will steal your money! Everything was great until I stopped services. I cancelled in person at the salon and was assured that it was taken care of. They don't give you anything in writing. To date they have now stolen over $180 of fees and refused to refund and make it right. Beware of doing business with this company!! read more

They will take your money! I have been a member for over 3 years and went in person to cancel my membership at the beginning of July. They told me I was too late to cancel for July, but my membership will terminate at the end of July. I signed the cancellation on the pin pad and left. August 1, my account was debited for my monthly membership and I called immediately.It is now 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get this resolved. I have 16 outgoing calls to the salon and one return phone call from the district manager. I was promised a call yesterday after Rachel (DM) spoke to corporate but once again did not hear back. The level of unprofessionalism customer service is nothing like I have ever seen. I asked them to pull camera footage of the date that I came in to prove I was there, described the person working there in the time of day and yet they still refuse to believe that it could've been a system error on their end and give me my money back. They had an opportunity to make it right and chose to blame corporate, and that they had no control over the outcome. I love this salon. I started tanning here about 3-4 months before Celsius became Palm Beach Tan and it's been an easy transition. The staff has always been kind and friendly, very helpful and seem genuinely happy to he there and have guests. The beds are upgraded and nice and my pricing didn't change, which was a pleasant surprise. The app is nice and so are the complimentary package upgrades. Always a pleasant experience. read more

I paid over $100 a month for about six months, in that six months I went an average of three times a week. I feel like I got a base tan at best, and I tan very easy. I don't feel like the beds were well-kept as far as cleanliness and the bulbs did not seem to be well-maintained. I also don't like that this company has a 24 hour rule that you cannot tan for 24 hours after you've been in. That makes it really hard to get At the customers convenience. The girls at work the front desk are pretty friendly I just think they have some quirky company policies that need to be addressed in Missouri. I was overcharged the first month of my package - double charged actually. I was charged $30 instead of $15 after paying nearly $80 to sign up. I physically went into the store to get it sorted out - the girl told me she couldn't do anything because she can't see the billing until the 8th (?) and she would follow up then. She never followed up. And I was not allowed to see my monthly contract or my cancellation contract before signing which I am pretty sure is illegal? But I was definitely double charged and there was never any effort out into correcting it. This company seems fraudulent and I will be staying far away :) read more

I had a platinum level membership at Celsius for 15+ years when they were recently acquired by PBT. I've tried to be patient during this transition but it has become increasingly clear that PBT isn't for me. They've reduced the number of sunless spray options that are available and no longer accept appointments so typically there's a wait to spray. I don't mind waiting for a bit but these wait times haven't been short. Last time I went there was a 40 min wait. They have also repeatedly been out of over half the available bronzers. At first I was told this was due to the prom rush then they indicated there was an overall bronzer shortage. Maybe both of those things were true and I can appreciate running out of bronzer one in awhile but I pay for unlimited sprays per month and expect to have the bronzers available more often than not. I called ahead of driving there to see if the spray booth was busy and if the bronzers were in stock. My multiple calls went to an automated response with no ability to leave a message for a call back. These are all issues I never experienced when this location was Celsius and for $80 per month I expect more. I canceled my membership when I was in this week. I was there attempting to tan only to learn there was another very long wait and again no bronzer. The front desk was friendly but didn't seem concerned when I inquired about canceling. No questions asked or interest keeping my business. read more
