I went in and got the supreme that gives you the prep spray I got the darkest option for actual tan and then the hydrating spray after. I got NO color from the first spray tan, so 2 days later I went back and got a clear spray. I got color this time BUT it was the most awkward tan ever. Parts of my hands but not my whole hand was tab, the top of my arms were tan but the underneath were not, parts of my legs got color but patchy and not even as dark as I was expecting. All in all the staff and the facility are amazing , the beds they offer were nice but I would NEVER spray here .

I have tried to call the number to their customer service to resolve my refund issue (as directed) only to reach a recording that said "We're sorry, there's no one to take your call. Please leave a message." I left a message some time ago and haven't heard from anyone. I also saw where there was a law suit for this very issue - Palm Beach owed a group of people money. I wish I would have known this about them before choosing to do business here. Someone needs to look into this place and close their doors on them. This is NOT how you run a business. This is stealing customers money!

I went against my gut feeling and gave it another try.... this is day TWO with Palm Beach, it's currently 10:30am and I'm told I cant tan until after 1:30pm due to their 24 hour policy. Well, I'm leaving town at 11am and wont be back until tomorrow. I live 30 mins north of Columbia so that would be an extra trip. I dont know about the rest of you but my schedule isn't the same day to day.... I have 4 kids and a fulltime job....now I have to try and remember what time I tanned the previous day??
