Always the best customer service!! So glad I found this location! Rooms are always clean. Rarely ever a wait time, unless I go in during a busy hour if the beds I want to use are taken. Honestly, even the lower level beds are in good shape and I'll use them if I'm in a hurry. Clients and staff are awesome, so even waiting isn't boring or awkward. I am new to the area and stopped in here to try it out. I only tan every once in a while. I wanted to tan one time to see if I liked the place. Everything was okay at first until it came time to talk about pricing. She was being so pushy and it was a turn off. When I did not want to spend a lot her tone towards me changed very quickly. I said I changed my mind because I felt she was being too pushy towards me. She replied in a very insincere manner as if she could care less. She stated she was the store manager when I first arrived and that she was training a new employee. I guess that is acceptable customer service here. read more

High quality equipment, poor customer service. This company is focused on money and sales, more than happy customers and training employees properly. Employees almost never know the answers to questions, unless it's the store manager themselves. Employees are fast trained and put at he salon by themselves where they cannot even do simple tasks, such as tell you your transaction history or let you know the set number of spray tans you bought expires. For what they're charging, customer service should be exemplary. I purchased a three pack of spray tans in February. I went in this last week to use one and much to my surprise, they had expired. I explained to the employee I was never told they expired. She told me that they were good for "probably 30 or 45 days". Her name tag said she was a shift leader, yet she was unable to look into my account and offer me an explanation or solution. I was basically told to pay for another spray tan or leave. I told her I'd be calling the manager tomorrow because I was never told my services would expire. I called the store the following day and was told the manager is out of town for several days. However, the girl was able to look into my account and see they did expire, but she couldn't tell me when. She text the manager and explained she was waiting for a response and wouldn't leave for the day until she had one. Her solution was to offer me one free tan, but this had to be approved by the manager. She called me about 30 minutes later and explained she was leaving for the day but notated it in my account. She also said that she'd pass the information on to the girl coming in for her and I could call back once the manager was back in town. No solution, no apology for their employees error for lack of explaining on both occasions--which I really believe is lack of training. If you want a spray tan, save yourself the bad experience and go to the blush and glow. I personally will never use this company again. read more

They are way over priced. When my wife went in the spray tan did not evenly spray. When she went back the next day they wanted to charge her even more to try to make it better. They are not very understanding or wanting to help right any wrongs. I do not suggest this place at all. All about your money not your experience read more

The staff is great and took time to explain the details and answer all of my questions. They were all friendly and even introduced themselves. Not pushy on selling more, just friendly. Everything was nice and clean and the beds are great! read more

The staff was not knowledgeable and failed to answer my questions about the beds. The receptionist also told me she "wasn't allowed" to put me in the bed for more than ten minutes, which I've never heard of a tanning salon doing. I understand having suggested tanning times, but if I'm paying for the bed, I should be able to go the full time, especially seeing as I just quit my job at a tanning salon before moving to the area and already have a base tan. The room I was in was dark and had a tiny mirror. The goggles also looked like they were dirty and smudged with lotion. I guess this is the kind of experience you get when you pay $9 a month for tanning. read more

I have tanned and had an account with palm beach for over 6 years. I have always enjoyed the quality of equipment and how friendly the staff was, Until here recently. I bought a lotion, used it once, and requested to return it.(after a week and a half) they credited the $70 to my account. Not towards another month or anything, but towards another lotion. The passed few times I've been in (in a hurry between clients) I've been hounded about buying a lotion with my credit. The last girl was so dry and almost pretentious about it that I've considered cancelling my membership. She would ask me questions about my return and came back with a condescending "Why?" After every answer. It got so awkward for me that I cut her off and asked if I could just be left alone about it and tan, and haven't been back since that day. I have worked in multiple tanning salons and understand the value of skin care, but damn near berating your patrons for not using a credit is ridiculous. On top of all of this, every time I walk in to tan I have my other JWOW lotion purchased from palm beach in hand! Palm beach is a great establishment and I understand that you want the girls to push sales. That being said, it shouldn't be so forced every time I tan. read more
