After reading lots of mixed reviews about other hair removal places ( wax, sugar, etc...) and calling a few places with all my inquiries about the process, I was definitely headed to Thumbs! The great customer service could be experienced through the phone! All of my many questions were answered and Thumb made me feel really comfortable asking anything! I have to say that I normally groom my own private parts, so this was a first! I get there and am quickly greeted. Thumb explained everything to me before anything happened which put me at ease. I braced for shock at the thought ripping hairs, but it wasn't that painful at all. I was pleasantly surprised! We conversed about our kids the entire time and then it was over. It went pretty fast. Maybe a flinch or two in sensitive areas, but nothing like I expected or feared. She is very thorough. The place is spotless and very well organized. I will definitely visit again.

They do personal sprays here, and you can be covered as much or as little as you like. They make you feel super comfortable! I don't remember the name of the girl who sprayed me but she was super cute and bubbly! I made an appointment for me and 3 others and everyone turned out looking amazing! The glow is darker than any spray tan I've ever gotten and I had no streak or imperfections anywhere in my body. Plus, when I washed there wasn't a dramatic change in the color like most booth tans. For reference Palm Beach Tan costs around $50 a spray without a membership and you have to pay for any add-ons. I paid $50 for a personal spray at Blush and Glow that already included the accelerator, washed off in four hours and had a natural looking dark tan. At PBT I can pay $50 for a base price and another $12 for add ins, some more money for sticky feet, it would end up orange and streaky. The proof is in the pudding! GO TO BLUSH AND GLOW!

No ma'am. I asked her to remove it, as I've had many facials in the past, and goggles must be used as it is extremely dangerous for your eyes if they aren't. The receptionist answered my questions, although she never looked up from texting on her phone to do so. When I asked about the teacher discount, she said it was 10%. I said, really? Cuz the sign on your door says 20%. She then rang me up, and didn't give me the discount until I asked about it again. Never. Again.

After accepting that Augusta just isn't there yet with lash extensions options I came across a recommendation for Sarah. First she has great energy and vibe. I always experience fall out but not with her and I was shocked!!! She is priced moderately / not too high as others in the area but not as low as others (the ones I went to in which I had massive fallout/lash loss day 1). I highly recommend here and I will be returning for my fills. One thing she doesn't differently is offer a cleaning kit for the lashes. What!?! I avoid water at all cost lol but she was so confident I wouldn't have any issues using the cleaner she provided and she was right. So happy I found her!!!
