I've been here when two people have went into the tanning room, a young girl and guy, I called corporate and they had me call Katie the district manager. I had to leave a voicemail for her. I left a detailed voicemail for her and she never bothered to return my call. They've changed around the beds and one is broken so they're down to one that does not have the face tanner or mist. instead of offering an upgraded bed, which would be the diamond prism now they offer a lower bed. I don't pay for a lower bed I pay for a diamond bed that works. I asked one of the workers about it and she said none of our beds mist. Really?? She said I've worked two years and none of them have ever misted. I told her I've been a member here for 5 to 6 years and yes, you just have to hit run the program and it mists. So their workers don't even know how to use their beds or what they do. Needless to say, I've canceled my membership here because I can go to planet fitness, use the same beds they're downgrading me to here, work out and use their massage beds for a quarter of the price I pay here!!!! Avoid the Colerain location because they're awful!!!

I only go here during the winter to combat SAD or to get a base tan when I am headed to the beach. If the allowable bed time is 20 minutes, I am staying in for 8 minutes max. It used to be considered a full session, then prices went up and my time was a half session. Now my half session is more than what a full session used to cost and is not eligible for promos. There may even be 1/3 sessions now?? The owners are great, but newer staff cannot explain bed features. I do think the facility is clean and beds are up to date.

The beds are nicer, staff is WAY friendlier and just an overall better experience. I tried giving this location another chance today. As I walked in, the blonde with fake lashes was unwelcoming for no reason and rude! No "hi" "hello" "welcome" it was "what are you doing today?" (It's always been this way back when I came here regularly). Didn't even look at me and acted like I was a bother. I was kind of taken back and felt uncomfortable. She started to explain a price up charge on the versa and I just did not feel okay with how I was being treated so I decided to leave. I let the interaction sit with me while I went to the other location and I decided that I'm still not okay with it. It wasn't a TERRIBLE experience but I spend too much money here (like anyone else) to feel like a bother. I will not be back. Worth the drive to the other location. Also, while I walked into the Cheviot rd location, 15 minutes later , they greeted me with a smile, knew my name and thanked me for coming in. It validated my feelings and they made me feel better as well. It's the little things.

I was extremely put off by being accused in front of other customers that I used oils in the bed (I have been bed tanning many years and know not to use oils) when I mentioned that was me, she rolled her eyes. The prices are a bit higher than they used to be but still cheaper than some tanning places and more than others. So to me it's a wash. They change bulbs often which is a major plus to me!!! I do feel the employees should be more knowledgeable about tanning, the differences in the bed levels and if they have not heard of cocktail tanning (tanning in a bed and then spray tanning) they should probably not laugh at the customer and make snide comments, which only happened once and I only saw that employee that one time. Overall it is a clean place and while the beds are older they do maintain them and change bulbs regularly, which is important.
