There's a lot of construction going on and a trailer that hauls in equipment parked at the empty site next to us when there is a whole row of empty rv sites. Our grill looks like it's been through WW2. And has no propane in it. People take their big dogs to the dog park and don't clean up after them. On the plus side the pool is nice. Most of the rv sites are big rig friendly. The town of Jensen Beach is quaint and within walking distance. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this place. They charge 3,400.00 a month for a rv site! At this price I would expect a lot more than what is offered. Like walking distance to the beach!

The washer & dryers are outdated and really expensive. $2 to wash $2 to dry. Most times you have to pay twice to dry . I would definitely recommend finding another place to park your RV . Most places you will find come with a grill & picnic table with other amenities. I try to only give good reviews for places . The sales man who helped me was Bob and he was very honest with me when it came to specs and the ins and outs of RVs. I have no experience at all with RVs so it was nice to have someone who was friendly and honest, catering to my needs. Matt the supervisor was awesome and made my closing seamless and easy. He helped me get a decent financing APR and also pointed me in the right direction for my trailer insurance. He even threw in a spare tire for my RV because we figured a new RV was equipped with one. I talked with Nancy several times before our arrival and who was always very friendly. She called me with my site number before we arrived so we could pull directly to our RV spot. There are two restaurants within easy walking distance. The causeway to the beach is one block away. The park is very simple, gravel/sand drives. Florida grass spaces with a concrete pad. No picnic table. very basic. We did not use any of the restrooms/showers. The park is close to a train track but after a day or two we didn't really notice them. We had a space on the road with a view of the Indian River. We loved it and will diffidently return again.

After the incident, Bill Reily then approached me and asked me who I thought might have done it. I simply said that " all the evidence points to you Bill ". He then directly shut off my electricity illegally and gave me three days to vacate. I am a 66 year old disabled veteran, all my credentials, certificates, diploma's military documents etc. of a lifetime (not the money) are gone FOREVERMORE.
