I have been going back for years, but something annoying happened last time... I booked my tan for 11am, and I arrived at 11:07am (traffic was a little slower than usual). When I got there, the girl working the front desk stared at me really confused and asked what I needed. I told her I was here for my 11am spray tan. She said "Uh...well this is awkward...because...I gave your tan away to this girl because you were soooo late". Really? I wasn't even 10 mins late, and they had gotten another girl ready to go into the room to take my spot. I was very surprised because: a) I've been a couple of mins late before and it was never an issue b) I've NEVER been informed of any policy that said they give your spot away if you are 10 mins late (and like I said, I've been coming here for years) The girl who wanted my spray tan then asked me if she could take my spot since she was pressed for time. I told her my time was also valuable, hence why I BOOKED the spray tan because I had other things to get to that afternoon. She was not budging, and the girl at the front desk was rude to me the whole time, so I reluctantly agreed. I sat and waited for her tan to be done, so I could go after her. Funny thing was, that when the girl came out, she said the machine sprayed her weird. She told the girl at the front desk that her last cycle of spray she could not feel anything, and says she will likely get a splotchy tan because the last rotation didn't spray anything. The girl at the front desk totally downplayed it, and said likely it was just her imagination and that the machine worked fine. This made me nervous for my spray tan...I didn't wan an uneven tan either. So (finally) when it was my turn, I got in the machine and sure enough, the last rotation I could not feel any of the spray hitting my body. I told the girl at the desk just like the girl before me, but she just said not to worry about it. I will say that as the tan developed, it was MUCH more uneven on the side I didn't feel the spray, so in fact it was not just in our imagination. Hopefully the next time I come here to get a spray tan, I will be treated a little better, and the tan will be better quality (and the machine actually working properly).

My main complaint is that there is an employee who is so relentless in her sales pitches that I avoid the salon when I see her car there. On the off chance you avoid a sales pitch, but are behind someone else getting theirs before you can be checked in, rest assured you will wait 10 minutes before being greeted or seen to while she tries as hard as possible to convince you that your skin will fall off of your body unless you buy 3 new products every visit.

Only negative is the parking lot is small and gravel and bumpy and that if you come from the Iraqi freedom gate you have to pass it and pull a u turn and you can only turn right out of it. My housing has a free tanning bed but I still keep coming here because it's like 20 bucks a month.

I can recline easily however…read more I called this salon (which I have been going to for years) to ask if she could wash and trim my hair. I explained clearly that it's no problem to recline and my surgeon suggested having my hair washed in a salon. I called once (I'll call you back I promise) I called again (omg I forgot I'll call you later), I called again, left a message... I called this morning and wow! She told me again she forgot to call me and then "oh I don't have any openings" then switched to "I'm worried about your neck" (it's my lower back) I finally said if you don't want to do it I understand. Hemming and hawing. I'm in tears by now, this has not been easy for me. I finally said just never mind I'll find somewhere else. No apology nothing. A little compassion in this world goes a long way people.
