When I inquired about the car, he told me I wouldn't be able to test drive it because "they needed to take it to the shop". When I asked what repairs needed to be made, he said that he didn't know and that is why it was going to the shop. I guess that is why they accepted my online offer so quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!)
