A set of three tiny spray bottles of one brand I like (though can't remember now what brand). Well, I got home and THEY WEREN'T SPRAY BOTTLES! I checked the box: yep, says they're spray bottles. So I tried to return them, which I thought would be simple because it was within 24 hours, I had the receipt, there was a clear discrepancy between what the box advertised and what was inside---but no. Absolutely would not give me a refund OR exchange, and they weren't very polite about it, either. Treated me as if I'd done something wrong, or underhanded!

Came to this location because online it said my size was in stock here but alas when I arrived it was gone. The woman who helped me was able to find a sweater with a similar fit for me to try on so I would know whether the size I intended to order would fit to avoid having to drive back to return it if it didn't. She also was able to order it for me and it turns out if you place your order at the store instead of online it was free shipping (not sure whether that was a promotion or whether that's standard but it makes me want to come back here again). Store is clean and well organized. Would come again.

The accessories selection is okay-but there isn't much in the way of "nickel free" or "hypoallergenic" jewelry which is a must for sensitive skinned girls like me. Also the lingerie selection is a bit small but that's not the primary reason to shop here. The do carry a decent shoe selection but don't expect them to stock for every size-especially bigger sizes which are relatively absent. Store layout is pretty basic-which I feel they could jazz it up a bit more and make it even more attractive and fun. Staff is usually a little shy but friendly and helpful enough to suit. All in all a fantastic store and I am glad they are still in business.

Extremely disappointing customer service but on par with most fast fashion these days, unfortunately.
