In general, I enjoy going to uptown cheapskate locations. I've almost never failed to find some…read moreinteresting pieces. This location though is very small compared to most and I felt the men's section was nearly non existent. The shoe selection also felt quite poor. I of course understand their available product is completely based on what exactly people bring in to sell, but I'll probably just stick with visiting the larger locations unless I just happen to find myself near this one again

I understand that turnover is high in retail but it the current group of employees makes me lose a lot of faith. What happened to that gal who actually understood fashion and labels??? After having them look through a HUGE bag of clothes, only three sold. Fine. Whatever. I got some store credit. Cool. I wanted to try on some boots but the bench that's normally near the selling counter was apparently being used. Not accommodating to customers but I can use the fitting room, right. RIGHT? Spoiler alert!!! NOPE. Even though one of the employees said I could use a fitting room, the girl with the blue hair decided to show great customer service and insist I use the bench. That was being used to store junk. I know for a FACT there were empty fitting rooms, but she decided to give me a huge attitude and insist I use the bench that was being used as storage, I guess? Seriously, stop using the bench for storage and let customers use it to try on shoes AND if a customer prefers to use a fitting room, LET THEM AND LOSE THE BLOODY ATTITUDE.
