Plus you are able to easily see the variety and quality of the salad ingredients through the glass screen, at their prep station and order counter - similar to how it is setup at a Subway and Chipotle chain for fast service food venues. You can either order directly with a person at the cashier, via their electronic kiosk, or in advance online. I chose the strawberry arugula salad ($14.50), but substituted mixed salad greens for the arugula and they happily did so without any extra charge. They had ran out of shredded beets (one of my salad toppings) so I also substituted that with the spicy quinoa. All in all I enjoyed my salad and appreciated how well all the ingredients went together, along with the dressing. Pricing is reasonable too. Inside the venue, there's plenty of tables and stool seating for dining in. Since I had another place to be and my parking meter was ticking for my car parked a couple blocks away, I opted to get my salad to-go. I would definitely come back for another salad the next time I'm nearby for lunch. Be aware that they are only open for limited hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm. They seem to cater to the weekday business/working crowd within the nearby business buildings and hospital.
