The place can be busy...or not so much, but the employees always have time to stand around and chit chat...then they will make an effort to come over and assist a customer. Just last night they have us our food then they all walked away to continue their side conversations. No one available to ring up us up. I was super close to just walking away with free food until I finally flagged the girl who originally assisted us and asked her if this was free. Everything was barely warm, there were hardly any fries in each meal and they were mushy at this point. 2 people's chicken strips and a chicken sandwich was nearly cold.
