What happened to being polite and friendly? A simple "Hi" or "How are you?" would have made a tremendous difference because I was going to purchase for my mom because she actually liked the shoe. Once my mom was done trying it on my mom said she had such an attitude she didn't want it anymore the lady comes back says "you don't like it?" takes it away. If you want business a simple friendly customer service would bring you more customers to make purchases.

What truly stood out was that when she heard us speaking Spanish, she made the effort to explain everything to my dad in Spanish, including the discounts they offer. That made him feel very comfortable and confident with his purchase. Even during her break, she came back to check on us and make sure we were doing well, which really shows her dedication and professionalism. My dad left the store very happy and grateful.
