Then I go in for my next appointment to fix a temporary crown. I was late by LITERALLY 2 minutes due to their long line and they decided to take someone else instead of checking to see if I was waiting. They told me I could wait there for many hours OR come the next day. So I come back the next day and they refuse my service due to....you guessed it, the bill I was told I already covered with my first payment, then told I didn't pay, then I paid again, only to still somehow owe them money.
